I love to eat good food. I believe that different cuisines are unique and awesome in their own ways.
Today, me and Carol are eating at Sokyo Restaurant. Sokyo is the combination of Tokyo and Sydney. This restaurant is situated inside the Star City Casino. The decor is very nice and welcoming.
It makes me feel like I am in Tokyo, which is a good thing.
I really love Japanese cartoons, fortunately this wall makes me feel young again. People think I look like this manga, which i strongly denied.
At this point I am so hungry and ready to order. There are many mouth watering dishes to pick from.
Luckily, I sit at the sushi counter so the chef helps me out with the menu. Let me get start with this beautiful dish. This dish is called Tai and Scallops Yuzu Honey. It tastes like heaven. My favorite part about this dish is all about combination of yuzu honey, dried red miso and chilli oil. It is one exciting dish.
I am sitting and sipping tea, however I think I should have a mocktail! At that moment I think Bloody Punch on the menu sounds like my kind of drink. So here the pic.

Our next dish is so special. It is premium tuna bellies. Thank you so much Chase, Toru and Jin. The dish is amazing. The best thing is that couple of green little peaches taste so nice. Those peaches remind me of kiwi.
I have heard so much about this next dish. Its a very beautiful red snapper tempura. I love it so much because it comes with a hint of chilli. I can't live without spicy food so this dish is perfect for me.
I am ready to move on to the next dish. This dish is called kingfish miso ceviche. Its a combination of crispy potatoes, serrano chilli and kingfish. Taste so good. I cannot get over it.
My absolute favorite has to be Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. It takes sushi into the next level. This dish is full of texture, favour and spices. I love to recommend this to anyone.
Time for desserts! Me and my friends recommend Goma Street and Mochi Frozen Strawberry Yogurt. Goma Street is so creamy and delightful while Frozen Strawberry Yogurt is light and sexy.
